METOX 502 CARBON BRUSH

Used with weld cleaning fluid to clean, passivate and polish heat discoloration seconds after TIG welding. Female input is metric 8. Compatible with all machines.

METOX 503 BRUSH APPARATUS

You now have more control over brushes than ever before. This unique twist design and sliding system means you can choose the exact brush length. 1.5m cable (10/25 jack input) included. Cable length can be adjusted upon request. It has Metric 8 male input. Compatible with all machines.

METOX 504 TEFLON

It is the black insulating cover on the Teflon tip. This not only protects the brush from shorting out in tight spaces, but also restricts the spread of the brush, concentrating cleaning power into a smaller, better defined area. It is resistant up to 300°C.

METOX 508 CHASSIS

Grounding cable and clamp, black, 10/25 Jack input. Black grounding cable with clamp replacement tip. 1.5 meters long. Length can be adjusted upon request.

METOX POL 511 – Polishing Solution

Polishing solution is for cleaning, polishing and passivating stainless steel welds and surfaces after welding and fabrication. 1 kg, 5 kg, 30 kg packaging options are available. Compatible with all machines.

METOX MS 505 – Marking Solution

Special marking solution for different metal types including stainless steel, mild steel, brass, copper, zinc, aluminum and titanium. Electrolytic marking solution is mild, low risk and does not cause corrosion when applied correctly. 1 kg, 5 kg, 30 kg packaging options available. Compatible with all machines.

METOX 506 MARKING COAL

Marking charcoal is used in logo and marking processes. It has a Metric 8 female input. Compatible with all machines.

METOX 507 MARKING PAD

Marking Pad is a standard felt used for electrochemical marking processes. Used in marking machines and weld cleaning machines. Compatible with all machines.

METOX 510 MARKING O-RING
